# Ativar Pesquisa de Satisfação

Você pode manter apenas uma pesquisa de satisfação ativa por vez. A alternativa é criar novas pesquisas periodicamente. Por exemplo, a cada trimestre você pode lançar uma pesquisa nova. Isso nos permite visualizar gráficos e compreender como foram as avaliações ao longo de um determinado trimestre.

## 1 - Aba CRM

Você pode executar esse procedimento acessando a seção "CRM" no seu painel Goomer e, em seguida, selecionando a guia "Minhas Pesquisas".

## 2 - Ativar Pesquisa

Para ativar a sua nova pesquisa, clique no botão destacado na imagem abaixo. Quando esse botão estiver na cor verde, indica que a pesquisa está ativa; se estiver cinza, significa que está inativa. Relembrando que é possível ativar somente uma pesquisa por vez.
