# Instalação do QZ Tray

Para a funcionalidade de Impressão Automática Goomer funcionar seu computador precisa cumprir os seguintes requisitos:

* Windows instalado deve ser **x64 bits.** (Caso seu Windows seja 32 bits não irá funcionar) 
* A impressora deve estar instalada no Windows com o **Driver do fabricante**. Verifique os [Pré Requisitos](/goomergo/painel/impressoras/verificar-requisitos-para-impressao.md)

Para que a impressão automática do seu painel funcione é necessário instalar o QZ Tray em seu computador. Para isso, [clique aqui](https://qz.io/download/) e siga o passo a passo a seguir.

## 1 - Baixe o instalador

Ao acessar [o site da QZ Tray](https://qz.io/download/), baixe o instalador pelo botão indicado na imagem abaixo.

Abra o Arquivo baixado na barra de download do seu navegador.

## 2 - Instale o QZ Tray

Assim que a caixa de instalação abrir, clique em **Next**.&#x20;

Você precisará dar a permissão para que o programa faça as alterações de instalação no seu computador.

E depois em **Install**.

Caso você ainda não tenha o Java instalado no seu computador, clique em **Sim** no local indicado abaixo e siga as instruções de [instalação do Java](#3-instale-o-java).

Assim que o Java for instalado, clique em **Ok** e prossiga com a instalação do QZ Tray.

Caso não seja identificada a instalação do Java, clique em **Cancel** e inicie a instalação novamente através do documento do QZ Tray baixado em seu computador.

Para finalizar a instalação, clique em **Close**.

Caso você ainda não tenha instalado o Java no seu computador, é preciso que seja feito o download para finalizar a instalação do QZ Tray. [Clique aqui](https://adoptium.net/) e inicie o download no local indicado abaixo.

Abra o Arquivo baixado na aba de download do seu navegador.

Inicie a instalação clicando em **Next**.

Clique em **Next** novamente.

Clique em **Install** para instalar e dê permissão para que o programa faça as alterações de instalação no seu computador.
