# TOTVS FoodService

## 1 - Solicitar a instalação da licença de integração da Goomer

Entre em contato com o seu Consultor TOTVS Chef e solicite a habilitação e instalação da licença de integração **Pedidos Online** para a Goomer. Eles fornecerão as informações necessárias para a integração.

## 2 - Requisitos para Integração no Servidor

Certifique-se de que o serviço "Misterchef - Receber pedidos online" esteja em execução no servidor do cliente. Esse serviço é necessário para receber os pedidos online provenientes da Goomer.

## 3 - Autenticação da Licença de Pedidos Online

Verifique se a licença de Pedidos Online está habilitada no Autenticador.exe do TOTVS Chef. Siga as etapas abaixo:

Acesse a pasta: **C:\Ms\Misterchefnet\Uteis** e depois execute um duplo clique sobre o **Autenticador.exe.**

No Autenticador, clique em **"Operações"** e, em seguida, em **"Licenças Instaladas" (F7)**.

Verifique se a licença de Pedidos Online está habilitada no **Grupo: Web**.

Se a licença de Pedidos Online não estiver habilitada, **entre em contato com o responsável técnico do seu sistema TOTVS Che**f para que ele possa realizar as configurações necessárias.

## 3 - Configurações do PDV

Verifique se os Adicionais estão devidamente vinculados aos produtos no PDV TOTVS Chef. Temos um artigo [Criação de Opcionais na Totvs](https://ajuda.goomer.com.br/goomergo/painel/configuracoes/integracao-com-o-pdv/totvs-foodservice/criacao-de-opcionais-na-totvs) em nossa central de ajuda.&#x20;

## 4 - Integração do Painel Goomer com o PDV

Com os requisitos do passos anteriores, vamos seguir com a configuração de integração no painel Goomer.

Acesse o seu [Painel Online da Goomer](https://dashboard.goomer.app/stores);.

No canto inferior esquerdo do seu Painel, clique na aba de Configurações.

Na página de Configurações, clique no texto "Configure o sistema ERP e faça os ajustes específicos" ou no ícone do lado direito.

Selecione o sistema "TOTVS Chef" e insira o número da sua Licença + o número do computador onde a licença está instalada.&#x20;

**Por exemplo:** *S*e a licença do computador for PC01 e o número da licença for 12345678, insira no Painel Goomer o valor 12345678PC1.\
Lembre-se de ignorar o dígito zero ao inserir o número do computador.\

Nº da licença do computador PC01 → *12345678PC**0**1*\
**Nº da licença a ser inserida no Painel Goomer** → *12345678PC1*
