## **1 - Conta**

Acesse a aba **Conta** do menu **Lojas**.

## **2 - Assinatura em processo de cancelamento**

No banner de **Assinatura em processo de cancelamento**, clique em **Clique Aqui** indicado na imagem abaixo.

## **3 - Cancelar agendamento**

Na caixa de informações sobre o agendamento do cancelamento, clique no botão **Quero permanecer no plano** para que sua assinatura não seja mais cancelada na data programada.
