# Enviar Mensagem ao Aceitar Pedido

**Essa função só está disponível para pedidos concluídos via WhatsApp**. Ou seja, não aparecerá se você configurar a conclusão dos pedidos para [Acompanhamento pelo app](/goomergo/painel/goomergo/configuracoes/conclusao-do-pedido.md).

## 1 - Pedidos

Acesse o menu **Pedidos** em seu painel Goomer:

## 2 - Clique no Pedido

Clique no pedido que desejar para exibir mais detalhes:

## 3 - Mensagem ao Aceitar Pedido

Ao mudar o status de um pedido de **Pendente para Aceito** com a opção **Enviar Mensagem no WhatApp ao aceitar pedido** ativa você será redirecionado ao WhatsApp Web com uma mensagem padrão para enviar ao cliente sobre o pedido ter sido aceito:
